Since our founding, we have specialized in metal parts processing. In 1972, we entered the mold manufacturing field and have since contributed as a casting mold manufacturer to the motorcycle, automotive, and marine industries.
In recent years, we have expanded our business activities across Asia.
Regardless of region, what we value most is manufacturing that contributes to the development of society.
To deliver products filled with purpose and precision, we carefully understand our customers’ concepts and faithfully incorporate their ideas into our molds. Key Milestones
- 1947 Founded in Iwata, Shizuoka, for metal parts processing
- 1969 Head office factory relocated to Iwata Tekko Center, Kamiokada, Iwata
- 1972 Entered the mold manufacturing business

Reorganized as a corporation and established Iwata Suzuki Iron Works Co., Ltd.
Capital: JPY 10,000,000
Satoru Suzuki appointed as President - 1987 Satoru Suzuki appointed as President
- 2002 Established a joint venture company in South Korea
- 2003 Obtained ISO 9001 certification
- 2004 Obtained ISO 14001 certification and established a local subsidiary in Indonesia
- 2006 Company name changed to ISK Corporation in line with global expansion
- 2007 Established ISK Design Co., Ltd. for mold planning and design
- 2008 Entered into a mutual technical partnership with Gao Ming Mould Industry Co., Ltd.
- 2010 Capital increased to JPY 20,000,000
- 2016 Established ISK Holdings Co., Ltd. and transitioned to a holding company structure
- 2018 Constructed a third factory dedicated to finishing and assembly
- 2021 January - PT. ISK INDONESIA obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification
